Returns

How to Start a Return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If rejected (e.g. signs of wear or damage), we will contact you with next steps.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style?
Please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@solinostore.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll make it right—fast.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
